📦 Order Processing & Shipping

Processing time:
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items will note an estimated timeline on the product page. -
Shipping carriers:
We primarily ship via USPS and occasionally UPS. -
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, delivery timing is handled by them — but if something looks off, we’re always happy to help you troubleshoot.
🚚 Shipping Issues, Delays & Lost Packages
While we are not able to control carrier delays, weather issues, or scanning errors, we will never leave you hanging.
If your package:

Shows delivered but wasn’t received

Appears stuck in transit

Is damaged in transit
Please email us and we’ll help determine next steps as quickly as possible.
PAYMENT
💳 Payment Policy
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment timing:
Payment is collected in full at the time an order is placed. -
Sales tax:
Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout in accordance with Texas state and local laws. -
Pricing:
All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will never affect orders already placed. -
Failed or declined payments:
If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed. Please verify your billing details or try a different payment method.
Subscriptions (Cowboy Club)

Subscription payments are billed automatically each month using the payment method on file.

If a subscription payment fails, we’ll attempt to rebill and notify you so you can update your information.

Subscriptions may be updated, or canceled through your account prior to the monthly billing cutoff.
We do not store full payment details — all transactions are processed securely by our payment provider.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our items are handmade or custom, we keep returns simple and fair.
Eligible for return or exchange:

Unused, unworn items in original condition

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange promptly.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
🕯️ Candle Care & Safety
Our candles are hand-poured in small batches using quality ingredients.
For best results:

Trim wick to ¼" before each burn

Burn until wax melts evenly across the surface

Never leave a candle unattended
Improper candle care can affect performance and is not considered a defect.
