Things You Need to Know

We believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about our Payment, Shipping and Exchange policies! Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

A Note: The leather you see in the picture, may not be exactly what you receive. Each piece we hand source, and have unique leather markings that can not be re-created. Please ask any questions before purchasing!

South of Here Co. accepts payments via Pay Pal, credit, or debit. In addition to cash in person if you live/ visiting Austin! I do not include invoices with your packages unless requested. If you want an invoice included, please leave a note to seller or contact me! Thank you!

As soon as an order is placed I will be all over getting it made, shipped and to you as fast as possible! 

Orders are made to order with a 1-3 business day processing time. Custom orders can take up to two weeks to complete. I provide Domestic Priority Shipping through USPS, which includes tracking and insurance. Your satisfaction is very important to me so if there are any problems with the shipping please contact me and I will try and resolve the issue as soon as possible!

Please be sure to provide me with your correct mailing address. I am not responsible for packages returned or miss-delivered due to an incorrect address in your shipping preferences on Etsy or PayPal.

*For all custom orders, I ask that you contact me through the note to seller as to any specifics about your order!

*International Sales: 
We do not ship international as of now! 

***I am not responsible for any mistakes made by USPS! If you see an error in your tracking, contact USPS first as once your package leaves my hands, I am not in control anymore.

I DO NOT do refunds for my products due to the nature of the product, but if there are any problems I will do my best to resolve the issue and make sure you are satisfied!!

Returns are accepted if there is damage to the product. You must contact us within 15 days of sale and have pictures. All products must be shipped back in the original packaging with invoice and products must be unused. You are responsible for any return shipping costs and once the products are received, in the order requested, you will get a new package sent out to you.

Cancellations are not accepted once a package has been marked as shipped.
