Intro to Sourdough Class – $100 Join a small group of 8 at South of Here Co. for a hands-on introduction to the art of sourdough. In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn the basics of working with sourdough, including how to care for a starter, use discard, and understand the simple processes behind baking a beautiful loaf at home. We’ll walk through each step together with demonstrations and practical tips to help you feel confident starting your own sourdough journey. You’ll leave with everything you need to get started, including: • Your own active sourdough starter • A sourdough baking guide and recipes • Helpful tools and goodies • Tips for using sourdough discard • Samples of sourdough treats to enjoy during the class Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or have tried it before and want a clearer process, this class will give you the foundation to start baking at home.
