Copper Foil Stained Glass Workshop Series A 3-Week Deep Dive with Kayla from Desert Willow Glass Ready to move beyond the basics and truly learn the art of stained glass? This 3-week immersive workshop is designed for students who want a more in-depth stained glass experience than a traditional one-day class. Whether you’re considering stained glass as a long-term hobby, wanting to build confidence with the copper foil method, or simply looking for a creative summer experience, this course is designed to give you the time, guidance, and hands-on practice to fully understand the process from start to finish. Over the course of three Thursday evening sessions, students will create a larger stained glass panel (approximately 12”x12”) using a pattern of their choice while learning the foundations, techniques, and troubleshooting skills needed to continue creating independently. All tools and materials are included in the course cost — no additional purchases are required. Students are welcome to bring their own tools or supplies if preferred. Students will receive a curated packet of pattern suggestions along with guidance for selecting or sourcing their own design.
