Services Provided — Rentable moving totes and related equipment for temporary use. Delivery and pickup included with every rental.
Rental Period — Defined at booking. Equipment must be available on the scheduled pickup date. Late returns may incur additional fees.
Payment Terms — 50% deposit due within 24 hours of booking. 50% balance due at pickup. Customer authorizes Yellow Rose Totes to charge for rental fees, late fees, and damage or loss.
Use of Equipment — Moving purposes only. No overloading, no hazardous materials, must stay in customer's possession during rental.
Delivery & Pickup — Customer must ensure clear access. Missed delivery/pickup due to unavailability may incur fees. Equipment left outside is at customer's risk.
Liability Waiver — Yellow Rose Totes is not responsible for damage to personal property or injuries during use. Liability limited to the amount paid for the rental.
Damage or Loss
Indemnification — Customer holds Yellow Rose Totes harmless from any claims arising from use or misuse.
Cancellation Policy
More than 48 hrs before delivery: Full refund
Within 48 hrs: 50% refund
Same-day: No refund
Rescheduling allowed up to 24 hrs before delivery at no charge, subject to availability.
Late Returns — May result in daily extension fees and additional pickup charges.
Force Majeure — Not liable for delays due to weather, natural disasters, or transport issues.
Governing Law — State of Texas.
